3D LIVE FLUORESCENCE (LATTICE LIGHT SHEET) SUPER-RESOLVED MICROSCOPY:
Our Lattice Light Sheet (LLS) Microscope is based on tech-transfer from the Betzig group at HHMI Janelia.  Eric Betzig is the winner of 2014 Nobel Prize "for the development of super-resolved fluorescence microscopy".   LLS is a combination of two selective plane illumination microscopy (SPIM) and Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM) that results in super-resolution images that are 100-fold less phototoxic and 100-fold faster than a conventional commercially available microscope.

Another example is a collagen fiber mesh labeled with Alexa fluorescent dye:

When compared to other microscopy methods, LLS offers a revolutionary combination of low photo-toxicity and low photo-bleaching, allowing for long-term live super-resolution microscopy in 3D:

More LLS videos showing its capability can be found on the Betzig website.
